Resources in the cycle

The VARIFIX® quick assembly system is the world's first Cradle to Cradle® - certified mounting rail program. It received the Green Product Award in 2017. Plumbers in the plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and fire protection sectors benefit from this complete program for building services installations. The special feature of the VARIFIX® quick -assembly system is that it can be disassembled into its original materials and recycled after use.

VARIFiX ® Has These Advantages:

  • Wide range of applications: You can use VARIFIX ® for new buildings and modernizations in the industrial, commercial and private sectors.
  • High variability: The system consists of approximately 200 highly variable individual components. You can subsequently modify or add to it.
  • Fast and safe installation: short installation times, very high load capacity and tested fire behavior according to DIN EN 1363-1.
  • Eco-friendly and resource-saving: Our durable VARIFIX® system achieves the silver level of Cradle to Cradle Certified™ certification. This allows Würth to reduce environmental impact and secure building materials for the future.

Cradle to Cradle® In The Construction Industry

The Cradle to Cradle® concept begins with the low-emission manufacturing of our VARIFIX® products . By using renewable energy in production and logistics, we minimize environmental impact. Once the VARIFIX® system is no longer needed, we dismantle it and recycle it. Completely in keeping with the "resource-preserving material cycle" principle.

How You Benefit From Cradle to Cradle®:

  • New production processes are avoided and environmental pollution such as CO2 emissions is reduced.
  • The use of materials tested for harmful substances enhances the value of the building and increases the health of the living environment.
  • The material's value remains intact, regardless of its useful life. Used raw materials become valuable assets.
  • You reduce your construction costs through reusable building and raw materials.
