Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG collects and processes the personal data provided in the form in order to process the requested request for you. Please note the marking of the mandatory fields on the forms. The legal basis for this processing of the mandatory data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, implementation of a pre-contractual measure. The processing of the data voluntarily provided by you is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. According to this, processing is permissible that is necessary to protect our legitimate interests. Our legitimate interest is to have contact with you, our customers, to improve the quality of our advice and to be able to contact you more easily if you have any questions. The data collected will only be stored by us for as long as it is necessary to process your request and to contact you. After that, they will be deleted.

You will find your customer number on a Würth invoice, a delivery note or an order confirmation. It will be displayed on the first page, in the top right hand corner. If you do not have any of these Würth documents, please call our service hotline on +49 7940 15-2400. You can reach us from Mondays to Fridays from 6:00 am to 12:00 midnight (not on public holidays).

The password must be at least 8 characters long and be composed of numbers and letters, with at least 4 different characters. The use of special characters is not permitted.
