About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Project Manager to lead and manage complex construction projects such as metro, airport, and large-scale infrastructure developments. This role requires strong technical understanding, commercial control, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across demanding job sites.
You will act as the single point of responsibility for strategic projects, ensuring Würth solutions are properly positioned, technically supported, commercially secured, and operationally delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership
- Manage key infrastructure projects including metro, airport, marine, and other highvalue developments.
- Develop and execute project penetration strategies from design stage through execution.
- Ensure early engagement with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Secure specifications, technical approvals, and long-term supply positioning.
Technical & Operational Coordination
- Oversee technical submissions, method statements, approvals, and testing requirements.
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams for anchor design, calculations, and project-specific solutions.
- Ensure smooth site execution including product availability, logistics coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Commercial Ownership
- Drive revenue growth and protect margins across assigned projects.
- Monitor project pipeline and provide structured forecasting.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and variation discussions.
- Oversee receivables and ensure timely collections aligned with project milestones.
Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships at senior levels including project directors, commercial managers, procurement heads, and consultants.
- Represent Würth in technical and commercial meetings.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights from major job sites.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Must come from a construction or project execution background.
- Proven experience handling complex job sites such as metro, airport, rail, or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project cycles, contractual frameworks, and on-site coordination.
- Experience in technical solution selling or construction materials is an advantage.
- Spoken Turkish language is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and receivables management.
- Valid UAE driving license.
