About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will develop strong customer relationships, drive technical sales across projects, and position Würth as a value-adding partner through engineered solutions and system support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow business with contractors, consultants, developers and key project stakeholders.
- Drive product approvals, specifications, and vendor list inclusion.
- Present technical solutions and value propositions clearly to decision makers.
- Provide on-site technical guidance on anchors, fasteners, chemicals, tools and application methods.
- Collaborate with design offices and site teams on anchor design, calculations, testing and project-specific solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle including opportunity tracking, proposal preparation and negotiations.
- Manage account receivables to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer credit exposure.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on active pipeline, project tracking and market intelligence.
- Maintain CRM discipline and provide regular reporting on performance and opportunities.
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage.
- 2–5 years’ experience in technical or project sales within construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Target-driven with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
