Role Summary

The Humanoid Product Manager – Industrial Applications (RED LINK) will define, build, and scale humanoid robotic systems as a flagship pillar of Würth Professional Solutions’ RED LINK portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of robotics engineering, industrial operations, and commercial strategy shaping products that augment frontline workers while delivering measurable business value across construction sites, warehouses, factories, and maintenance environments.

You will transform RED LINK’s vision of human–machine collaboration into market-ready humanoid solutions deployed across the UAE, the wider Middle East, and global Würth markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesRED LINK Product Leadership

  • Lead humanoid robotics initiatives aligned with RED LINK’s human-augmentation strategy.
  • Build multi-year product roadmaps focused on workforce enablement, safety, and productivity.
  • Identify scalable industrial use cases across logistics, manufacturing, construction, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Define how humanoids integrate into Würth’s automation, digital, and supply-chain ecosystems.

Market & Customer Discovery

  • Conduct on-site discovery with industrial customers, plant managers, safety leaders, and frontline teams.
  • Translate real-world workflows into prioritized product requirements and deployment strategies.
  • Validate commercial impact through pilots, KPIs, and ROI models.
  • Shape offerings to meet regional regulatory, safety, and labor environments.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Own PRDs and backlog prioritization for humanoid platforms, autonomy stacks, perception systems, and enterprise integrations.
  • Partner closely with robotics hardware, AI/software, UX, and systems engineering teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet RED LINK standards for safety, cybersecurity, reliability, and industrial certification.
  • Guide system architecture decisions that balance performance, scalability, and serviceability.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Act as product owner across R&D, operations, service, and commercial teams.
  • Drive alignment from concept through prototype, pilot, certification, and global rollout.
  • Coordinate regional and global stakeholders across the Würth network.

Pilots & Scaling

  • Lead proof-of-concept deployments across the UAE, Middle East, and international markets.
  • Convert pilots into standardized RED LINK offerings for enterprise deployment.
  • Define deployment playbooks, service models, training programs, and lifecycle management.

Commercial Enablement

  • Shape product positioning, pricing strategies, and value narratives within the RED LINK portfolio.
  • Enable sales teams with training, demonstrations, competitive intelligence, and customer case studies.
  • Support strategic deals and major customer engagements.
  • Represent Würth Professional Solutions and RED LINK at exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums globally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, systems leadership, or technical commercialization within advanced robotics or automation.
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations in manufacturing, logistics, construction, or utilities.
  • Proven track record delivering complex hardware–software products from concept to deployment.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, and executive-presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for pilots, customer engagements, and global rollout.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with humanoid robots, mobile manipulation platforms, or advanced industrial robotics.
  • Exposure to autonomy stacks, perception systems, and robot control architectures.
  • Experience launching robotics products into industrial markets.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety certification, regulatory compliance, and standards frameworks.
  • MBA or formal commercial training is a plus.
